Israel's current social challenges are as fundamental to its existence as any of the security threats that it currently deals with.
The session will examine both the international and domestic viewpoints on security and social matters that Israel is facing on a daily basis.

Asaf Segev is the Deputy Chief of Mission at the Israeli Embassy in Stockholm. Most recently he served as a political advisor at the Embassy of Israel in Moscow.
As a student, Asaf was the National Chairman of the Israeli Students Association, and represented 250,000 Israeli students at the Israeli Government and Parliament.
Asaf holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from Hebrew University, Jerusalem. It’s his second Limmud in Sweden.
